Blade setting tool

Thanks to Leon Paul for their donation of a prototype of their new blade setting tool.

As explained in their video, this is a hand-held device which can be used to put a 'set' on a blade - for either left or right hand blades, and can be adjusted for the amount required. Depending on demand, this may become a standard stock item.
