Well done to Rupert !

Well done to club member Rupert Nute, on gaining joint 3rd place in the recent Welsh Veterans Championship; Men’s Epee being the best attended of all three weapons.

Format : Pool, followed by DE (Direct Elimination). 

Following a successful pool round, where he beat subsequent winner Marc Burkhalter, Derbyshire Epee Academy, Rupert progressed in the DE to the semi-final,  where he lost in a closely fought match to Steve Bateman, Reading Fencing Club
